He/She changes his colors a lot some parts of the day its dark and others its green and striped.I would wait for its colors to come in. Females can show up with pointy fins, but females don't have the worm squiggles on the face like males.

When it lightens up ill try to remember to take a picture of its face because im not familiar with worming.Look at the face when it is lighter. Worming in the face would indicate a male. You can determine male/female as early as around 2-3" total length.
