update:after removing the rocks AND taking off the new Brighter light fixture, she has calmed down somewhat.....eating better, and not always dropping into the gravel....I am feeling a little better....still cant post pics for some reason, I am working on that!...thanks again everyone!

OK, I have tried to post pics on here, but cant get the dialog box to attach........I clicked "go advanced", the it wont allow me to post.... WTF am I doing wrong!!

those little worns are planeria tottaly harmless to fish I have just got the also WTF and what a weird behavior
