With what you have I'd upgrade to a 10 gallon tank. The snails will outgrow what you have pretty quickly. To be honest you might look at a bigger tank if possible just to not waste money.

I'm also getting the impression that you are not a native English speaker. So a lot is getting lost in translation.

Also like to point out that a 500 gallon pond looks much much smaller that a 500 gallon tank. So that fact that a 50 gallon tank would seem obsessive to some where as even a 150 gallon pond will not.

dadfish123, I don't think anyone is trying to be cruel to you.. it's just it almost sounds like a joke. When you get the time, put up a picture of your setup.. that would help a lot in us helping you figure out how many fish 'should' be in your tank. Don't give up on us that easy, being taught and being cruel are way two different things.. don't be offended when someone suggests something to you.. and all we are trying to do for you, is teach you... So c'mon put a smile on that face ..take a picture and listen up...

No the post about asking daddy for a $1000 and ordering a warm pond built.

You may want to research that idea, Maybe research the 1" per gallon rule, and research snakehead betta.

Oh forget it.

A decent pond filter can go for $1000.00, Let alone the rest of the pond materials. And then the cost of paying someone to build it.

Their's a general rule that you don't have more then 1" of fish per Gallon of water in your tank. You have exceeded that by 10 fold in your 3 gallon tank.

And the quip about a Snakehead Betta was so that it would eliminate your current tank population and maybe get you back to the 1" per gallon rule.

at least some one understood me..lol
its like we did the reaserch for the kidfish123 then he didnt want the right answer:screwy:
