Is my tank overcrowded

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That stock seems fine as long as filtration is good, as someone already mentioned. I have 14 Mbunas in my 55g, filstration is at about 600gph and I do weekly water changes/cleanings. I've had no problems thus far.

best of luck,
J

I have 6 in my 37G with 400gph, and readings are clean (but like all things...the fish will soon outgrow the tank).

I have 15 mbuna in my 55 gallon with good filtration and 75% water changes weekly. Water readings are always good and my fish seem really happy :)

I miss my mbuna :(

ive kept peacocks and mbuna together with some other haps and it worked out great. people say don't mix them but as long as you provide lots of territories than its fine.
and frontosa's are harder than you think. i had one that beat the crap out of a jag.
bare in mind also frontosa's are slow growers
