If it were me (and that's the type water parameters I had in the U.S.).....instead of S American species, Central (North) Americans or African Rift Lake species would better fit to your tap water .

So tds is higher in tank. I would increase water change % or/and frequency. Still need to know what your gh/kh is out of tap. But I agree with
duanes
soft water species don't sound right for you without ro/di filtration.
I would suggest to test nitrates, KH and GH as well before doing anything. Depending on how that turns out you can plan better.
