gosh now he is just laying on the bottom in the corner not really swimming at all but he doesnt even look sick it just looks like he is hanging out cuz he is alone or something lol
 
check for possible electric current in the water. I noticed similar behaviour of my aro once and later when I dipped my hand in sump water after water change I got to know the hard way what was wrong. good luck.
 
my jar chilled on the bottom of the tank and didnt move for a couple days when i first got him. after a couple days it started swimming and about a week after i got him he started eatting. nowadays if im home he swims around but the days i stay in another room or not home he kind of just sits on the bottom of the tank but once he sees me he'll float to the top begging for food
