Is the Playstation Network still down???

I'm not entirely sure either, all I know is its a paid subscription thing like Xbox Live Gold.

Yeah you should get 2 free games. I would pick LittleBigPlanet only game I ever played when I used to have my PS3.
 
I think is a generous offer....being that they do offer free service and if they wanted they did not have to offer anything. what is ps plus though ?
 
i'll have to look those games up, i don't know any of them

so based on what i skimmed thru, when the ps store is up, the games listed to choose from will be up for downloading for free for a month

chris, what is little big planet? i can look it up later, but if you can brief me that'd be cool too

i want something that has split screen if it's a fps, if not fps i want something that at least 2 or more people can play it at the same time. i hate that red dead redemption doesn't have split screen option
 
LittleBigPlanet is the best series on the PS3. Its kinda like an adventure puzzle platformer game. It looks like a kiddie game but its not. Pretty sure it can do 2-4 local multiplayer. Has a huge community that makes lots of awesome levels.

Agreed, LBP is an AMAZING game! It's just a shame I already have LBP and LBP2 on disc, haha. and yes, 2-4 player local and online, some parts of levels require a certain number of players to get to the goodies in that part (you can finish the level fine with 1 player, but you just won't be able tog et all the goodies). Super fun game though with a lot of customization of the player and the ability to create your own levels and post them up online is awesome! haha, I really can't praise this game enough.

And Playstation plus is a service that allows members to access items in the playstation store sooner than others, exclusive items, discounted items, some free games, etc. (http://us.playstation.com/psn/playstation-plus/).
