Yes, Jeff Cleghorn does. He's here stateside. His aren't the highest quality strain, but are very nice for local breed. There are some rare high quality ones from what I've heard. Never personally seen though.

I seen his I inquired about them he has some nice ones that are fertile nothn spectacular..And his price is resasonable

Old fertile male. He stopped selling his offspring because he passed away, but has offspring to grow out from him around 2" now he said, so there you go animal guy.

They are fertile yeah but they are not KKs bro.
But it would count as a good nice breeder; just Not a KK or full kamfa.
