Simple enough? Now wind it in, before it gets bitten off.

In a bit.

Seems like you are only looking at things from one sides view. If you eat meat then what you are doing is no different then someone dropping a lizard/fish/etc in an aquarium for the fish to eat.

When I fed the occasional anole or house gecko to my fish I lived in Hawaii, both of those lizards are a non-native invasive species. Same as in Florida I believe. It was a rare feeding, and over quickly. Your fish's pellets are full of ground up bits of "sentient" beings. Just because you didn't kill them and they don't look like animals doesn't make it different.

What about keeping them for best control? The lizards most likely eat bugs. More lizards - less bugs. ??

Typifies the part of the hobby i really hate. A childish attitude to creatures and their welfare, when it should be your top priority.

I'm sure some fish will eat them, but whether or not you should be feeding them is a completely different matter.

Must take a certain kind of person to feed a sentient creature to another.
