is there a ray that will fit in a 75 gal

im getting a 75 gallon tank 48"*24" i plan on getting a larger tank in a year or two

is there a young ray that would be ok in this tank for a while?

im not allowed to have rays where im at so i dont know. i think maybe a teacup ray or a baby ray of some kind, but then u would haft to sell it or get a biger tank

i heard they need a wide tank. 75 gal tank can hold them for a short period of time but as suggested by a lot of people you should at least have a 30 inch wide aquarium and most probably on the 100 plus gal tank. but these are just what i read

ya you could get a rectic or histrix or even a motoro but you would have to upgrade in like 6 months. a histrix can live in a 180g for life rectics need 30+ inch wide tanks because of there long tails. and motoros need very large tanks because the reach 24+ inches wide + their tail. good luck hope this helps

i guess ill just have to wait a while before i can get some rays... maybe ill build myself a ray tank (just one more think to day dream about)
