She's all alone in her own tank right now. I lowered the water level so that the water surface is more disturbed by the flow from the filter. I guess I don't really want to jack the temperature up much more, because she's already breathing really hard.

Yea keep it at 78-80w with lots of oxygen supply.

turn it up to atleast 82 i go as high as a 86 sometimes. turn off all the lights and try oxygenate the water as much as possible with an airstone or powerhead add salt and then hope for the best. oh i'd also add some stress coat in there to help the slime coat.

I didn't move her, I moved the male away. They were alone in their own tank because I was trying to breed them. Rapps sold them to me as a pair, the male came twice the size of the female... I tried to set up a partial divider, but the big male kept knocking it over.

I guess this does open up some tank space, but this male is pretty crazy. They were both wild, so they really have that killer instinct, plus they are an aggressive species in the first place.
