=manlyfish;4851576;]so your saying no one should worry about consuming neurotoxins?

Yeah. You cant spend your life worrying about every little thing or it will soon pass you by.

There is no hard evidence to suggest that any of these additives/msg are harmfull to humans and there has been ****e loads of studies. You really think MSG would be in food products today if it was dangerous?

Sure, i would prefer that manufacturers used less fillers and preservatives but the fact of life is this- Food manufacturers are always looking for ways to spend less and make more and additives like msg are the way to go, they make a cheap and inferiror pruduct taste great and are in pretty much everything we eat under a multitude of names.

To avoid getting too much MSG simply avoid eating too much takeout and prosessed foods. So yes i would preffer there were less fillers, additives etc in food but no, i really dosnt bother me mainly becouse i do avoid many of the types of food containing these things, simply becouse of my lifestyle, if you eat well and keep fit then you really don't have to worry about the ocasional bit of msg in your diet.

What I'm seeing here is the tight focus on the non-eclipsed portion of two well-rounded people's dietary opinions and experiences. I hear sense from both sides, but this isn't about human diet, it's about fish diet. I also abhor the toxic food regime and if you look in my cupboards you'll find no trace of refined flour, MSG, HFCS or other odd additives. But the fish food is a whole other game.
