ya i figured he wouldnt be too bad to get onto pellets especially if he see's other fish in the tank eat the pellets as well he may just start eating them one day with stuffing more and more pellets each time in the shrimp, then maybe start soaking some pellets in mashed up shrimp or talapia....
also for you ontario guys what do they azul's usually sell or go for when they get around the 9-15" mark likely quite a bit dont they ? like ive seen some guys sell there azuls locally for 200-250 and there about 7-9"
