Very much south..
Kind of a rescue. Picked it up today.

The thing is humongous ( hand next to it belongs to my 20 something year old daughter )

The scars it has look a lot like HITH scars...

Any opinions?

Knowing very well the size of the other fish in your aquarium, Miguel... he is HUGE !

I´ll see him by myself this weekend, for sure.

That is one incredible Midas. The flared red gills against the white body is awesome! The round scar between its eyes does look like HITH. I also see a pinkish protrusion on its left side. I'm not sure what it is though. He looks very healthy besides the mentioned issues. He will father outstanding fry.
