I'd be looking at water quality issues and feed.
I took a better look at the photos & I still think I see fin rot.
OTOH if it's from being bitten then stress is a big factor and in either case, QT will help him a lot.


QT with a salt dip, change that water, keep a weather eye on everyone.
I'd suggest Metro+ in the QT (too expensive to treat a huge tank.)
