Is this a good camera?

On a limited budget and this one seems good for the money, but I don't know much about cameras so any help is appreciated, thanks.

No need for 10MP and yeah that's pretty much all I know. I'll let the experts handle this one.

I know I don't need the 10MPs, but I was going more for something w/ a good zoom. That one has the best zoom for the least amount of money and a good ISO...

Don't rely too much on the high iso, it's still a camera with a small sensor. With that said, they're good point and shoots. I had the older model of that camera a while back and I was very pleased with it.

Right now the digital camera that I have is pink b/c I found it somewhere in the street. It's a Kodak 7MP, but I don't want to go around using a pink cam...

I couldn't find the review on the s1000, but this is the camera that the one you're looking at replaced (should be fairly similar)

It's probably worth your time to check out some sony and canon models. If you use the site I just linked to you'll find reviews on a lot of cameras in that range.
