I had no idea how curious and mobile they would be! They swim in all areas of the tank like fish fry. I had to move the camera with one to get a motion shot.

Bright light and a puff of an algae mat from a pond. Anchor it and add lots of calcium to the water column. Light on 12 hours a day. And some luck, because mine fell apart awhile ago and it's only now regenerating. Not sure why.
Okay, one of them stays blue molt after molt. I'm definitely hanging on to that one to see how her offspring turn out. Anybody else with bluer crays trying to keep it going?
