babies need to be fed consistently..not too full but needs 2-3 small meals everyday. temp is important, but i dont think you are a beginner hobbyist if u have a 7x3x2. so i think u know what youre doing

what is the best temp to keep them at?

I agree, no offense to the OP but ive looked at some of your threads and you seem to be the typical newcomer to the hobby. Im guessing you have a tank anywhere between 55-100 gallons and are trying to horde any fish that looks cool to you. By all means if you have this 300G post a picture and prove me wrong, but as of right now, I dont think ANY arowana is right for you.
