Is this a good diet for a retic?

I picked up some hikari sinking carnivore pellets yesterday. I got my retic eating brine shrimp and bloodworms. I tried getting nightcrawlers but the only lfs that sells them can't harvest any with the ground frozen. He does eat nls that my cichlids don't eat sometimes. How do I go about getting his main diet the pellets?
Are they a good main diet for a ray?
 
I would use massivore if you can. I got my pair onto tilapia, market shrimp, night crawlers, and massivore. They are really fat and seem really happy!
 
I can't do massivore. Not many lfs have it in my area and the only one that does wants $30 for a small packet. I'm getting him some tilapia today when I go grocery shopping.

I didn't know Walmart even sold nightcrawlers.
 
I guess $30 is regular price. The 2.2 lbs packet seems wroth it though.
 
He seems to like these pellets. I just tried them and he went straight for them.
 
What about Pollock fillets. Can I feed that to my ray
 
If you're wanting to start with worms, you can get redworms from Ebay.
