IS THIS A GOOD STOCK LIST??

anyway.. i decided that i wont even get the ADONIS CATFISH or the ADONIS PLECO. because if i do get it i know everyone will be riding on my *** for getting a 13'' fish and putting it in a 6ft tank, which is clearly not baad at all!!
 
The thing is, they are the same species, acanthicus Adonis, and there is a very good chance it does grow to 3' long. It's up to you if you get it or not but just be aware you may have to upgrade to a much larger tank. Even on the links you supplied, they have the same scientific name, and yes scientific names are the easiest way to differentiate species. The reason you may be seeing multiple for fire belly toads as they may have been revised and the name may have been altered.
 
ok.. i wont argue no longer. that dosent mean i believe you though. i wont be getting it anyways. i decided the oscar, 2 bluegills, and the perch are good. i might not even get the oscar. i might just stick with the bluegills, perch and the 2 tuertles.

anywhoo.. back to the original question. Is this a good stocking list?

this tank stock wont last. turtles just dont mix with fish from what ive read and seen. the lights will heat the tank making it too hot. blue gill need colder water and the oscar doesnt fit the tank stock

First of all, the turtles can mix with other animal fine. mine do. ive had them with the bluegills for 2 years and theres not been a problem.

Second of all, do you really think that a lightbulb is going to heat up 100gallons of water??!!!
Bluegills do not need colder water anyways. they need a range of 67-75 and my water is 72 degrees.

ive seen A LOT of people with Oscars mixed in with turtles. So just think beforee you say something. i've been planning this all out for at least a year. anyways, if you didnt read my earlier post, i said i wont be getting the Oscar or the Adonis Catfish:screwy:

so, you're still arguing that we're wrong. I'm glad you're not getting one, but it's for the wrong reason. You still didn't prove that they're different species, instead you keep using the same proofless and quite frankly wrong argument. This thread should be closed because of your immaturity, not because of the healthy non-emotional debate that OTHERS are trying to have with you. We're just trying to help you. If you can show use that there is actually something different, which I'm sure you can't, we'll conceed, but these so-called "different" fish have been the same so far.

And, btw, if you really want to be immature about this and further prove our point that you're wrong, there is a report post button (the ! surrounded by a triangle) under the username in your first post and ask them to close it.
