Well....here's the funny thing...it was actually me that came up with the idea that it was a GT...but the more research I did..I realized that I was wrong....the girl at the LFS had told me that it was a "Argentinian Cichlid"...but when I came home and did a search...nothing came up under that name...I guess she was kind of right...LOL...just a little off...LOL...As for the price...it wasn't cheap...$30...but when I like a fish that has good looks and a lot of personality...I get it...btw...she is housed in a 90 gallon all by herself....so she should do well.

$30 for an argentea of that size is a pretty good deal...

Heck yeah I paid 10 bucks for one thatt is only 3/4 inch yesterday. I saw two wild caught that were about 5 inches for 65.99 but had to pass it up. Great find either way and 90 gallon is perfect size for a argentea.

100% not green terror :)

NICE VIEJA

How did you come up with green terror? It's not green

The last thing I expected to see when opening this thread was an Argentea. Awesome pick up - and $30 for that size is a steal.
