I think so, judging from ID guides, but I can't tell where the jaw really ends. Is it long enough to qualify as 'behind the eye'?

yeah that is a very small fry LMB, he will grow like a weed though. I have even caught them that small on a descent size hook they are such monsters!

I believe it! He eats worms 3x his length. He's getting fatter more than longer. I wonder if I should shoot for more variety in his foods. All I've got for him atm are live blackworm and copious amounts of daphnia.
Thanks. Little is right! He's not even two inches. In a 20g tall with a 30gal sump, he seems out of place, but I know that won't last long at all. Getting ready to clear a spot for that pond I've been sitting on.
