OMGOMGOMGOGOMGOMGMGM I R SO JEALOUS, so small! I've been trying to hook a tiny one ALL summer! Then again I didnt have the patience and went bigger, but still... Quite jealous of ya!

Only been a week, but he's been eating many fry and seems to have had a slight spurt. I have horrid suspicions that everyone else's bass are growing faster. His water is at 64ºF. Too cool for good growth? Irrelevant in captivity?

He's now eating - Blackworm, daphnia, platy fry (gutloaded), and mealworms. I might try adding small earthworms back to the diet soon. Last time he refused them unless they were the size of large blackworms. :(

Do you guys think it would be alright to bump the temp a little to get some size on him, maybe up to around 70ºF?

If hes a Florida strain LMB he can definately have much warmer temps, If hes a Northern strain LMB he should still be safe up to 75 degrees from everything Ive read. I would make small changes, very slowly.

Yeah, he's northern. I'll be gentle with him. Do you think being cold is going to stunt him? Or will he just grow at a steady pace? *doesn't know about bass*
