Is this a Midas Cichlid or a Red Devil ?

In the first pic it looked like an RD, but now I think it's a hybrid.

Its probably a hybrid of the two, but he has the rd's pointed mouth and body shape. Though he is thick as a midas, regardless he is a great looking fish.

Body and beak shape definetly look RD, though the lips are shallow and rounded like a midas. Most likely a mix of the two or possibly a few generations of inbreeding RDs.

Looks like both. The majority of the LFS sell RD/Midas. To get a pure RD or MIdas you have to order them from a reputable breeder /importer like Jeff Rapps.

Yeah, I'd say it has the body shape of a red devil but without the huge angelina jolie like lips. If I had to guess I'd say it is a hybrid. Looks nice though.
