I have a pair of these guys in my 100 gallon. All I ever get to see of them is their tails sticking out from some driftwood. :( It's a shame because they're neat looking little catfish.

Ha ha,not anymore I dont keep them.I let them go hide in someone else's tank.
 
Mine is around 10" and comes out every night when its feeding time. Easy fish to care for, needs hiding spots like pipes etc. It will eat anyting that fits its mouth.
 
They never bother anyone..and so cute when they scurry around...
