Is this a real fish?

I found this picture online while looking up some tattoo ideas- I googled in "flowerhorn tattoo" and I came across this pic.

I'm rather appalled/scared to think that this may be a fish I am keeping in one of my tanks.

I couldn't get onto the site that the pic was posted, so I couldn't get any info.

looks similiar to one of those salt water parot fish i think thats whats its called...but it looks yummy.

Its called a sheephead and thats a female because the male has stripes. I actually caught a sheephead about half the size of that. I say about 20inces.

I read that there are freshwater sheepheads and those have the stripes?
