Well the one I was talking about was for slatwater. Reasoning being that i know is that when I went deep sea fishing. I caught 4 of these and I found out that the males have stripes and females dont, and I was fishing off of Catalina.

We can conclude that their part of the wrasse family. Didnt know that their were an asian version.

I know that the sheepshead that are caught off the California coast are supposed to be quite tasty.

It actually is pretty good eating. Just salt and peper and let it hit the fryingpan xP.
 
I have one of them the same size as that in my 10g
 
Damn, nature sure bashed that fish on the head with the ugly stick.

Probably tastes good though, i like to eat flathead and thats a bloody ugly fish too.
