Is this a reliable vendor on aquabid?

Yep. Got through. They're seeing about ordering more specimens to help make the minimum purchase price worth it for me.
Went in today and saw them. Couldn't get a good pic because they were hiding in a log but they looked good.
One thing about that seller I had issues with is the DOA gaurantee. I placed an order for 8 fish and a shrimp and the bamboo shrimp showed up dead and after the first couple emails back and forth they just stopped answering my emails. I sent a few more follow ups wanting to place another order with more fish to make the shipping worth it but got no return. So I left (-) feedback and moved on with life. Seems pretty weird over an $8 shrimp, I guess they have enough customers that they don't need me

What shipping did you get? They don't guarantee DOA on all shipping methods...
Fedex next day, it was weird one minute he was emailing me back and forth, I sent a photo of the shrimp and everything and then he just stopped communicating. I emailed back 2 or 3 times and then gave up. I was not being a pain in the ass or anything, like I said I was going to order more fish to offset the shipping costs. The only thing I can think of is that he would rather lose a small customer like me than deal with the "hassle".
Thats too bad. I just got a 3 pack of clown loaches and added 2 more zebra loaches and all arrived in great condition. My first order I lost 2 tetras and he offered to refund the money but I told him it wasn't a big deal. They only guarentee live arrivals overnight, the first order was 3 days through the mail and the loaches were fine. The second order was UPS and it was next day and only 15.00. I'll definitely buy from them again. Sorry you didn't have a good experience with them.
Yeah he did not offer a refund just replacement. I had paid $65 for the shipping too for 8 kuhlis, a dwarf gourami and a shrimp. That was before I knew better and found some smaller suppliers/hobbiests on the classifieds on various boards. Live and learn.
