There are other commercial food fishing, and environmental pollutions that lead to the demise of many species.

The comment was more directed at people who claim to be high and almighty in regards to endangered animals and such.

Yeah,those who fished and ate them, like they are trying to eat other animals there into extinction, are who should be ashamed.

I'm not sure if you're being facetious or serious, this is the part of internet communication barrier.

To reiterate my point. Many of the large commercial nets for prawns, or larger species have high by catch, and all the by catch are dead and just thrown back into the water, which one bucket of by catch could fill many tropical fish stores and more.

many times hobbyists harp on one person for taking a large growing fish out of the wild, and say that we cannot give it the best possible care, true. Yet, at the same time thousands more are killed daily as a by catch and discarded.

It did heal and fatten up...

but sadly I sold it to another member here and his arowana took one of the eye out >..<

That's why we have to get them before they are all disappear :D I don't feel bad, I just want one or a few! It's better in my tank than in someone's plate :D

My friend in China said they have a lot of CT available... going to check them out in the summer time :D

I just called several fish shops in VN and they said they never heard of these VN Mekong ST or whatsoever. The only indo available is NTT and a few IT. My friend was there1 month ago and he could not find any also so make your own judgment.

I just got this guy... 3 bars on both sides... I wish he was a wide bar:nilly:... But he is just a indo... Still like him.
