is this a suitable tank for a discus

atm, they're not eating. and also i removed the mono angels below. and is (planning to put plants underneath for filtration purposes) and i 'm still having problem with my ph. it's currently 7.5. i'm in the philippines. all i have in my tank is some peebles on the sump and a common driftwood. need your advice please.
