a divider sounds good. but i got a few questions how long should i leave it? what fish with who the Puffer with the dat or the puffer with the pbass? and one problem my tank is a bowfront -__-" how can i do this i want it asap and very cheap

IMO, No puffer with either. I would get rid of the puffer. I would say puffer needs to by himself.
