Is this a vieja?

A friend of mine has this fish being medicated in his quarantine tank . Someone traded it in to his store. I was wondering if this is a Vieja ? The fish has a few white bumps on his face and kok. I never seen this before so I was wondering what it is. Thanks

Well, I was thinking about picking up this female . If that male turns out to be a pure Vieja and if he heals up.

Looks like a vieja of some sort for sure, and that looks like lymph on him to me

Yes genus Vieja, but as to species, hard to tell.
Here's male breidhori I had to compare.

a bifasciata

a much younger melanurum (AKA synspillum)

I believe it to be a fenistratus

Personally I'd be cautious buying that top fish, lymph can be hard to get rid of and can get nasty, If that is what it is. Plus, the resulting fry would be hybrids, since these are different species of vieja.
