Cheaper
Small sizes available
Fragile until 5-6''
Thin bars

Widebar:
Expensive
Small sizes may be coming back into hobby from cambodia
Two regional variant, Siamese (no young available) and Cambodian
Probably grows larger
Thick, wide bars, middle bar curves backwards
Darker, more reddish color.
Occasionally confused with Malaysian AKA 3 bar Indo Datnoid

That's my understanding, experts feel free to correct

I think another difference is that widebars are usually stable bright yellow color and NTT's are much more likely to be unstable black.
