theres no way thats an IT. look at the steep slope of the the head shape. looks at the middle bar that comes to a point and sweeps back. ITs do NOT have this. STs lots of times have IT tail patterns. cant go off a tail pattern alone though.

do a search, youll see lots of true STs with IT tail patterns. but i bet you wont find an IT with a ST tail pattern :)
 
Tail pattern doesn't always determine what species. It's a quick indicator, but notice how the middle bar swoops back. Body shape and fins are something to look at as well.

body/mouth shape is more revealing than the tail imho.. a blue and black neon tetra doesn't make it a frontosa..
