So it’s better to get a large one I see… I will wait for one which has all its finlets
Yeah definitely buy a large one if you want a big ansorgii someday. I've only seen one person grow an wild ansorgii from 7" to 20". That took them 3-4 years. Most people's ansorgii don't grow past 15"-18". For the longest time, ansorgiis were thought to max out at 14"-15" until Asia started importing 30"+ ansorgiis.
I might have gotten lucky with my 2 ansorgiis. I've had for 3 years or so. But I got them 20"-21" and they are now 23.5"-24" (been this size since 2nd year probably) They've been in a 24" wide tank the whole time. I didn't expect them to grow at all if I'm going to be honest. ?

Wanna get your opinion, do you think it is worth to buy a finlet missing bichir for a cheap price?

Well that really depends on you if it's worth. We all look for different things when choosing polypterus. I personally don't care too much bout missing finlet, especially if I like how the fish looks headshape wise or pattern.
For example, my endli I bought few years ago. I saw potential in the fish so I bought it anyway. Most people would have walked away seeing it's back was bent, and fins are not perfect (tail fin missing some bits) . But I like the headshape a lot and pattern is nice to me so I bought it anyway. Bent back like that does recover so it wasn't that big of a deal.
