Depend on your area for availability. L052 are more commonly available here, but both are seen. L052 don't have those colors though. That is an L168.
 
Colour wise, they can both change a huge amount, partcularly Dekeyseria brachyura which is known for it's ability to be able to go from orange and black stripes to an almost entirely black fish. The shear amount of orange on this fish leans towards D. brachyura over D. sp. L052, as well as the pattern which is more uniform than that of L052.
 
Hi guys just a note on what davo says about the colour. The reason i picked this particular fish was that it was so much more colourful than all the same type of plec in the same tank,they were very dark,you could only just see the stripes.

The colour changing ability is as much to do as the background colour they are on (substrate/background) as it is their mood too. You certainly picked a very orange one.
