What do you guy think? This is my Arowana.. he (I decided it's a he) was given to me.

Thanks.

If this picture is all you have ot go by then I would say yes, their eyes are to be looking up, this one seems to be looking down, the left eye especially.
Again this is from a single picture, maybe he was looking at the guy taking picture or something at bottom of tank.

Thanks.. so if the arowana eyes are looking down all the time then it's drop-eye. Just wanted to know.. I read some where that drop eye occur on one eye only.. and this one I have both eyes are looking down.

I also have the same case. One eye has DE too. Anybody knows a cure?

I would call that early signs of drop-eye. Check what your feeding him and make sure it's not fatty foods. Drop-eye is the build-up of fat behind the eye, causing it to look down. There is no known cure however, and no known "cause" either. The suspected cause is diet, but some believe it's just genetic's over generation's of captive aro breeding. Until someone gets 10 silver arowanas, raises them all in separate tanks, uses a different diet for each and waits a year, I guess we'll never know :)
