When you do your water changes, use a hard sponge (not one that will scratch the glass) and you clean the glass just like you do now.
The LFS should have a glass cleaner with a long handle.
The bottom you do the same as you do now... do you have bare bottom or some substrate?
If you have substrate/gravel, how do you clean it now?

Its a super red and his/her.. name is Flash,
I have a thread on her if you would like to have look "Flash my super red"
now i am having 5X2X2 ft tank. Now we stand up on the stool and clean the substrates. Now we can access the substrates in our hand while we bend down. But if the tank height is 3feet my hands cannot access the substrate to clean. How do I clean the Substrate?
In my humble opinion, Arowana tank does not need to be 3foot high....
Arowana needs the length and width to swim up and down and turn comfortably.
She doesnt need so much height
My tank is 66cm high.. and i had the stand made a little bit lower so if i stand on stool i can reach bottom and Flash is very comfortable with that hight

3 foot wide,2f high.
You can also have the stand made a 'little' bit lower (make sure filtration still fits)
I had my stand made a little bit lower so that I can still work on the tank if anything happens and i am alone and my son cant help me

To RajaVino,look for a syphon hose with a nice length gravel suction tube.It would make it easier for you to clean your substrate more effrctively.
