Sometimes you get eggs without having pairs...cichilds will do that to you. Pictures of baby fish will be the easiest (probably the only) way for us to tell conclusively if they are paired or not. Good luck with the fry if you get them!

Usually the second day will confirm if the eggs are fertilize or not....If the eggs are dark orange almost red, then that means they are fertilized(babies inside).....If the eggs are white, that meane the eggs were just laid for the heck of it...........
