So I signed up about a month ago (a little less) and then spent a bit more time on AC because my biggest tank was a 55g. I just completed a trade on CL for this...

What do you think? Monster tank? Big enough to be a MFK? I don't think I can have too many big fish in it but I'm pretty psyched to break the 100g mark. Hopefully in a few months this will be a setup SW tank and maybe another 6 months down the road it will have a reef (a fixture for this size tank isn't cheap).

Just wanted to share =) if anyone has any parts for a tank the size or bigger I have a thread open in the classifieds. Starting from the ground so get at me for any supplies

Yeah most definitely. I will b building my own sump and fuge from a 55g I have (which means I have to find another one for my girlfriend lol) but the protein skimmer, RO/DI system, and tops and light are gonna kill me. It will happen though. I'm pumped to do this.

Hahahaaha lmao that 1st pic made my day lol. Looks like a 180? Yes imo anything over 75 is monsterous! I remember my first 55 I told my gf ill NEVER need to upgrade lmao. Good find bro

You haven't seen monster yet - wait til' your tank is a reef, the expense will be totally monsterous. I've spent a grand just for rocks. Another grand in pumps and still yet another grand on lighting and an ro/di unit. But it still gets even more expensive - reactors, chemical media, protien skimmer, 9 Salifert testkits, refractor, and 5 gallons of salt a month + $1,000's in corals ,clams, fish, and anemones. It cost me a couple hundred just in snails and hermits. Go Monster! - Welcome to the Darkside.........

This might be as bit early but.... What Kinds of fish/inverts?
