Hi, I have asked this before on here and was advised these are Managuense... But I am not 100% convinced. They have been growing and colouring up.

I know they can be difficult to tell as alot of the Guatopes look similar.

But I was wondering if this was a hybrid of a Jag and something else.

Let me know

Thanks

Very possible that it's faded. Did you just recently pick it up, or has it been established for a few weeks?

Few weeks. They are the dominant fish in the tank sharing with some FH, Texas and JD's.

I have a few of each so I can try and establish pairs before going into a 240g tank so growing in a 75 uk gal tank.

All eating great and parameters are spot on.
Zero ammonia etc. They stay the same olive uniform colour but the solid stripe comes and goes in intensity.

Mana tend to have a very broken line down there side where as all these young have solid lines.

Seems to be a few of these on here with people struggling for a positive ID.

I think Mana, its just the solid stripe down the side makes me think of Dovii/hybrid.

Substrate is washing it out too as it is trying to blend. A darker substrate would result in more prominent colours and patterns.
