If you read the description he seems to have covered some of the basics pretty well... and does mention some of the more important info such as tank size, and possible need of permits...
 
Well the 200k tank would be for an adult, but remember in California, there are quite a few people around who have very large tanks. They could house them for a few years at least then donate the shark to a public aquarium.
 
200k? lol Not really. The Coney Island Aquarium has several Sharks, plus large Turtles and a dinnertable-sized Roughtail Ray in a 90,000. The 70,000 "reef" (*cough*plastic*cough*) is about 70k. Having seen both I think the Shark would be able to survive in both. Obviously the former would be better though.
