if this was the top piece... id be worried. being that its the bottom, id probably just silicone or epoxy, it back down.

if it was the top rim, thats where youd notice the effect of it being broken (depending on the size of the tank, youd see heavy bowing of the glass, and im sure lead to breaking of the glass
