Before this goes any further and you do end up losing your fish, go to the sticky section and look up how to treat "hexamita aka spironucleus"! You will find the exact recipe for the 3% epsom salt solution by RD. Please do not medicate him with all this different types of meds or you will make it worse and run a very high chance of losing him. If he's still eating, that is good. Personally I would starve him for a day And then try treatment so he's got an appetite and eats the epsom salt soaked food. By the pics I can't tell you for sure it's hex, but even if it isn't, the solution will do no harm to him and is a good preventative. Also some times when they are stressed, feces becomes stringy.

Is this ur first time keeping fish. Keep the stress level to minimum and keep the water prestine.daily water changes are a must imo.no lights on either
