Is this HITH (Hole in the head disease)?

Hi guys,
I've noticed these small circular clusters in my recently purchased Ray pup (it's 4.5"-5" in size) they are around it's eyes and down its body I'm suspecting it's HITH (hole in the head disease). Is this HITH ?
I have already treated with Metronidazole for 3 days just as a quarantine precaution and I'm going to do a full course for 10 days. I did 50% water changes after every Metronidazole treatment and 25-30% daily before and after that.
It's not eating shrimp or tilapia still but only eats live tubifex worms

I’m not an expert but I dunno if that is hith it looks more like bumps than holes

I’d agree with this. Seen posts of rays with odd bumps before and no answer as to why.
