My oscar had this nasal erosion for more than 10 days. Wounds obtained from jumping around are healing but this one is not. The nasal hole a little bigger and i starting to think that it is HITH?
Im doing 50% WC twice a week.
Water parameters all fine.

Does look like hith.

Two 50% water changes is better than most do, but the extent of how beneficial those changes are, has more to do with the volume of tank water, and size of fish.
i.e if its a 50 or 75 gallon tank, two 50% changes could easily not be enough for a medium oscar.
And also, the idea that "water parameters are fine" may vary aquarist to aquarist.
While we all might agree any ammonia is bad, to me, any nitrate concentration over 5ppm is not fine, so I try to do a water change if nitrates hit 5ppm

Thnx for quick reply
Its a 100 gal tank and there is no tank mates yet. My green terror is still in quarantine for another week.
Im giving epsom salt soaked sticks for now.

With only 1 oscar in a 100 gal tank, two 50% water changes per week should easily be enough.
One caveat, is your water hard, with high pH, and is it mineral rich? In areas where water is like that, HITH seems to be more common in oscars, and other cichlids of the Amazon basin.
In that case I used leaf litter and other tannin producing material like peat to help. Tannins are slightly anti-bacterial, and may help ward off certain species of bacteria, those Amazonian species have a lack of immunity to.

Nobody has mentioned nutrition. Adding vitamins to the food may be a good idea as well as some garlic at times.
Also what is the temp? Best if temp is about 77-78.
Another thing that Duanes has mentioned in the past is the cleanliness of the filter. Make sure the filters are vacuumed out and the media is clean of detritus. This goes for the substrate also. This can all be done without killing the BB.

I do frequent large water changes. I had a pbass that got a pit on it's face. Found that the filter was jambed up. Because I had set up a new tank and used old media. Well the media was too dirty. I thoroughly cleaned sump&media and did a large water change. Used stressguard and salt for a few days and pit healed up in about 1.5 weeks.

i recently cleaned my canister (4 weeks ago). temp is 26-27 celcius
i dont have any clue about hardness (test kit does not include that)
will feed him garlic tonight
my tank is a bare bottom one just so i can siphon detritus easily
