Is this ich

So recently got a abandoned GT. Got him home, didn't get a good glimpse from the person I got it from. He took poor care of it so I wanted to just get it home. Hard to see in the pictures trying to capture it but it's on his fins.. is this ich? If so I'll start treating for it I just wanted to make sure

I don't see any signs of Ich on the pics you posted. There does seem to be some whitish spots on the left pectoral fin but that may just be damage to the fin rays.

On the top picture the right fin is a little more looking like white dots BUT it's nowhere else on his body which is why I was confused bc we all have had ich and that goes everywhere. But it's only on his 2 little fins. So I'm also thinking damage but I'll monitor it just in case
