Is This Normal??

Ive taken it back to the shop they said they have seen mothing like it before, as usual Maidenhead aquatics no nothing!! they said it was my fault and it was caused by ammonia poisioning, yet they tested my water and there was no ammonia, then they said it was because the water is different to theres, they made every excuse they could, but eventually gave my money back and are now trying to treat it in a quarantine tank.

They took my mobile number down to keep me updated and are keeping it on hold for me to buy back if it recovers, touchwood it will be fine :)

If i were you i would still treat it yourself if you have the space cause if they are trying to find an excuse it will probably die if they know nothing. But i guess if it does die you can get another one.

i tryed treating it and it just got worse, if i had a spare tank i would have put it in that for a few weeks until it recovered :( they still hvent called me yet so im guessing it has probably died,

i know i can always get another one but thats not the point

i might just give them a call and see hhow its doing
