what are your nitrates running?

10 nitrate.

thats not bad at all, as rest said then just keep an eye on it, if you see it getting worse then I would up water changes, but again at 10ppm thats good nitrate readings, was that after, before or in between water changes.

before water changes. i always check the water in between water changes but this time i tested before the water change just to make sure everything was good.
