Hmm, sounds like you ran afoul of a bad one while DWB. 
He was probably running your tags to look for outstanding /warrants/. I do not think your previous record came into play at all.
Was the officer city, county, or state? Do you know how the traffic court works in your area? Try to find out if they do separate arraignments and trials, or if it all happens at once. If they do a separate arraignment (ie, entering pleas), it may be possible that the traffic court judge will offer you a plea bargain -- enter a guilty plea in exchange for having 10 mph taken off your ticket -- which greatly reduces the price -- and lowers the number of points on your license. Most likely, the officer paced your vehicle (it would be written on the ticket). There is no way to prove the speed that was written down, which means a not-guilty plea of any sort, I don't care WHAT the story is, would not convice the judge.
Do not be blinded by what actually did or did not happen, do not resist based on the principle of the matter. At this point, you need to think about what is the most practical in terms of time and money spent.

hmm I know America is a very racially segregated country but isn't it a little bit pathetic to claim that an ******* cop is racist? every country in the world has ******* cops that will pull perfectly good people over and give them tickets for something they didn't do. I honestly think it had nothing to do with the music or race (you didn't even mention your race) I think they just had to pull someone over and they decided it would be you.
you should definately contest the ticket though but the way they filled it out might make it harder for you to contest it.
and besides, I used to live in England for a bit and I can tell you the people who play gangsta rap and hip hop are all the millions of white teenagers who try and act black. the music doesn't always match the race, and besides Who doesn't like a bit of hip hop / rap now and then? can anyone really say that they HATE it?
